Okemuo hails from Umuowa, Umueze in Neni town of Anaocha Local.Government Area of Anambra State .Born into the family of late Chief Anunagba Okemuo on may 1956 as the first son of the favoured family. He had his
primary education at St Patrick’s primary school Coal Camp Ogbette Enugu. However because of financial constraint, he opted to join Chief Sir Anthony Eunkeme (the Onowu and currently the traditional prime minister)of Neni town, the MD Tonimas Group of companies the make of Tonimas Oil/ Lubricants suitable for all types of vehicles especially under our tropical climate for effective and mildness of motor engines. It was under him that business of oil /lubricants matured and doors of excellence opened for him. With his due settlement, he assiduously ventured in oil proper, and today Dan Dollars Oil is a leading name in petroleum marketing, floating chains of petrol outlets across the country. Dan Dollars Oil Nig Ltd is properly registered at the corporate Affairs Commission of Nigeria in April, 1986. while in the oil Service industry,he floated chains of trailers/ tankers for freight and Haulage transportation.

Religious, he is up-to-date with his God. He is a full-fledged member of the famous St. Gabriel’s Christian Fathers Association C.K.C Cathedral Parish, Aba, precisely on February 1st 1994.
He is also admitted and professed into the Kingthood of St.John worldwide C.K.C. Cathedral, Aba as a worthy –servant of God and protector of the doctrine of the Church.
He is a holder of several Chieftaincy titles, the most prominent being the one the entire Neni town conferred on him as “NWAWELUGO1” OF NENI” in recognition of the able and level headed way her organized and piloted their family affairs after the demise of their late father Chief Annabel Okemuo.

FOUNDATION FOR THE AGED:
As a way of responding to the socio-enonomic demands of the aged people in his community, chief, Sir Daniel O. Okemuo established a
Foundation conceived after the socio-economic needs of the elderly people of Neni and environs. Today, the number of people who have benefited from his foundation is a clear manifestation of the desires of Chief, Sir D.O.Okemuo to use part of his resources to achieve a goal as genuine philanthropist.
TRANING SCHEME:
As a way of accommodating problem of Nigeria Youths, especially those who are indigent to advance the cause of their education, Chief of Sir, Daniel Okemuo pioneerf the establishment of a training scheme, in which willing handicapped and disable youths are given specially training opportunity in all aspects of mechanical fields in his workshop to better their lot.
Through this way hundreds of youths have benefited from this scheme and are either employed in the company or are self-employed.

Chief, Sir Daniel O. Okemuo was recently awarded fellow from petroleum traning Institute of Transport Technology and Logistics. Federal University of Technology Owerri.
